MARK NADLER (SHORT BIO)

Mark Nadler has received six Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) Awards, three Backstage Bistro awards and a New York Nightlife Award. He has performed at New York's Town Hall, Carnegie Hall, and
every major cabaret in New York city from the Algonquin to Sardi's. He has been a soloist with the New York Pops Orchestra, the Baltimore Symphony, the Oregon Symphony, the Ft. Worth Symphony , the Ottawa
Symphony and the Pittsburgh Symphony.
                                                                                                                                                                     Though Mark has played leading roles in several Broadway shows, he spends most of his time performing his solo concert, Mark Nadler In A Nutshell around the United States and Canada. Other of Mark's shows include his critically acclaimed Tschaikowsky (and Other Russians), which he has played in New York City and Adelaide, Australia, as well as at San Francisco’s American Conservatory Theater. He is the co-author of and stars in Always: The Love Stories of Irving Berlin, A Swell Party - RSVP Cole Porter, A Fine Romance: a Dorothy Fields Songbook, Everything's Coming Up Roses: the Music of Jules Styne, , Sweet and Lowdown: an Evening of Pure Gershwin, Something Wonderful: A Richard Rodgers Celebration In Song and American Rhapsody:George Gershwin to the World which ran off-Broadway for the entire 2000-2001 season and received a Drama Desk nomination, two Lucille Lortel nominations and the MAC Award for Outstanding Revue. Recordings include A Fine Romance and Always: the Love Story of Irving Berlin as well as a DVD of Mark Nadler's Broadway Hootenanny, Live from Sardi's.
